You are free to book through bluesailcharter.it directly on line, we will send you a payment link, with Visa, Mastercard, or Pay pal, in order to complete your booking and receive the confirmation. 5)What is an “e-Voucher”?
The bluesailcharter.it “e-Voucher” is your unique travel document that proves the purchase of a touristic service. It is automatically generated in pdf (portable document format) or email format and sent to the e-mail account you provided during the reservation process. It has to be shown to your guide or driver at the meeting point.
6)Why do you send an e-Voucher ?
The bluesailcharter.it “e-Voucher” is conceived to support The Green, being able to avoid printing sometimes, but simply storing it on your personal travel device and showing to the supplier. Some suppliers accept the e-voucher dispayed directly on your electronic devices: smart phones, tablets, etc. So if this information is reported on the e-voucher itself, no need to be printed.
7)What to do if I do not receive an answer to my email?
We suggest you to see your “spam” folder, in some cases the e-mails sent by our team could be identified as inappropriate, especially if for any reason your spam filter is set at the highest level. bluesailcharter.it invests time and resources on staff training, ensuring a very reliable system for email replies, obviously this does not exclude the possibility of a human error, but if you are sure the problem does not depend on your email setting, we kindly ask you to resend your request. 8)I have not received my e-Voucher.
In case any error occurs during the reservation process and you do not receive our e-Voucher as attachment to the confirmation e-mail, please send a message to our email: info@bluesailcharter.it or by phone message. You will be contacted as quickly as we can.
9)Which is the cancellation policy for my reservations?
bluesailcharter.it apply this cancellation policy and relative terms & conditions for our services:
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
– Max 6 pax on board (occasionally we accept an extra passenger)
– Full payment in advance or 50% Deposit and Balance on board (Deposit is Not Refundable in case of no-show).
– Free cancellation up to 48h before date of service. Within 48h 50% penalty will be charged.
– VAT Included
– Landing Taxes NOT INCLUDED

10)Where do I find the meeting point of my activity?
Every activity page lists the exact pick-up point/town – we normally get in touch with you in the morning, prior the tour starts, to give you directions to meet us.
11)How can I identify the boat or the skipper waiting for me?
All information will be given at the booking confirmation, the normal practice is the following:
– We contact you one day before and in the morning before the boat tour starts, we normally operate ourself the service with our boats, in case for that day we are fully booked and we will need to let you use one of our partner boat, you will be informed on time and all informations and pictures will be provided, we work only with qualified boat tour specialist companies, our gain is to provide good and professional service.
12)What can I do if I still do not locate the boat or skipper ?
Please call the emergency number listed on your e-voucher and customer staff will take care of your issue.
13)What is an average waiting time for a boat tour and the pier?
For private boat tours, the skipper will usually be at the private pier 10/15 minutes before the agreed time, unless unexpected delays beyond his control. Please be patience we will get in touch updating you accordingly.
14)Are there any boat tours reductions for children?
For boat tours children are considered as adults, the boat can allow only a fixed number of passengers.
15)Can I make a change of the tour along the way?
For private boat tours we normally follow a standard route, by the way the customer can change itinerary in terms of what to see first and how long time to spend in a spot. For sure the customer can change route, any extra destination will be quoted at the time of the request, we will provide a propose an extra destination and extra time tha will be quoted accordingly, please contact our Customer Care Service to request it, (a surcharge may apply).
16)Which kind of boat will be provided for my tour?
bluesailcharter.it has and use its own boats, which are brand new made in italy walk around style, please see our fleet online, plus selects exclusively loyal and qualified suppliers, leader in boat services, so all boats are well-known brands and newly registered, like gozzo style or day cruises. In any case the brands may vary depending on the supplier.
17)How many luggage are permitted for my boat tour?
Luggages are not allowed on board, customers can carry with them standard beach bags or Backpack.
18)I forgot something on the boat, how can I recover it?
Please immediately contact our customer services team, and they will endeavor to send you the items left on board.
19)I already paid my tour, now I can no longer travel. Can I get a refund?
Yes, the tour can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the departure date and a full refund will be credited on your credit / debit card (less credit cards commissions§). For cancellations received less than 48 hours before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
20)Do your skippers speak English?
The skippers of bluesailcharter.it speak English, as well as most of the skippers of our suppliers.
21)Do I share the tour with other persons?
We normally provide private boat tours, so customers will not share the service with other guests, on request we can provide shared boat tours, please contact us by email or mobile phone.
22)How long in advance should I book a boat excursion or a transfer?
Usually you can reserve bluesailcharter.it up to 24 hours before departure time, accordingly to the description page. However, for some touristic services we suggest you to book in advance so that sometimes you can get a special “Early Booking Offer”.
23)How can I get in touch in case of any delay or for urgent communications?
Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, bad weather conditions or other reasons our means of transport may be subject to slight delays. In this case you can alway contact the emergency numbers listed on your e-voucher.
24)What happens if I am late?
First of all, please immediately get in touch with us to check if there is still any chance of taking part of the tour or excursion. For private services we have no problem in waiting for you, but please consider that any delay caused by other circumstances will impact on the total duration of your boat experience. For shared services we cannot guarantee you will join the tour. In case of inability, as per cancellation policy, a 100% cancellation fee will be applicable, with no reimbursement.
25)What happens in case I miss my activity?
If for any reason you do not appear at the agreed meeting point, we are sorry but you will be charged a 100% of cancellation fee, with no refund. Which could be the prepaid total amount or the 50% deposit you paid in advance. Which will declare your booking as a No-Show.
26)The weather is bad, I am thinking not going on tour?
To avoid unpleasant and unexpected fees, prior to decide to give up a tour due to bad weather, it is strongly recommended to contact bluesailcharter.it or the Supplier Company Tour.
The departure or not of a specific activity is at the sole discretion of the Company, defined according to the type of Excursion (eg.: if by sea or by land) and the meteorological conditions expected for the duration of the entire tour.
If the activity was deemed impracticable, bluesailcharter.it will refund the total amount of the tour. In case we decide to operate the tour and you decide not to participate, you will be charged for an early cancellation fee accordingly to what stated in our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy clearly reported at section ” 9) of this page “ .
